Established in 1974 Ilderton Motor Vehicle Project (IMP) is a company with charitable objectives. Housed in a purpose built workshop in Deptford South East London, IMP is an accredited Skills Centre which delivers training to enable young people to participate fully in society. IMP has pioneered an approach to working with young people based on exploring their instincts to learn and curiosity about the make-up and practical application of the science of motor mechanics. IMP programmes are for young people aged thirteen and above. Programmes focus on the following areas: safety and personal development

Pre CBT Course Guidance on road safety safety and motorcycle riding.
Youth Diversion Programme: For young people at risk of offending.
On Your Wheels: A breakfast club designed to discourage truancy
Off Road Motor Cycling designed to provide on the road safe riding skills.
